We wanted a bigger living space for us and wanted the kids to have a double bedroom each.

Paul had a calm manner, which put us at ease from the beginning. Maggie was a pleasure to deal with and I felt no questions were any bother. It was apparent that they had lots of experience within the industry. We also visited a completed job and we thought the level of work was to a high standard.
What do you think of The Loft Room’s customer service?
Overall great customer service. We could always get hold of someone if we needed to.
How did you find the loft conversion experience as a whole?
Our overall experience was not perfect, we did experience challenges and difficulties but The Loft Room always reassured us that things will get resolved and they did.

We love the space and it has transformed our house for the better.

Of all the trades working on your loft conversion, which was your favourite to work with? E.g. the carpenters, plumbers or electricians.
All the trade workers were great, especially Mihai the main builder, the electrician were fantastic and the carpenter did a great job.
