Excellent all round. From the ladies in the office to the project manager and team, we could always contact them with queries and they would always get back to us efficiently.
How did you find the loft conversion experience as a whole?
It was great overall. Felt at ease throughout & all ran smoothly. The builders were a breath of fresh air – it’s so hard to find decent builders & trust them. Couldn’t have asked for better.

I would not hesitate to recommend The Loft Room. They have been amazing to work with from start to finish. The team who worked on our loft Mihai & Iulian were fantastic, with incredible attention to detail. They were extremely attentive & so respectful of our family & home. You wouldn’t even really know they were there. Even our neighbours were full of praise for them.
The entire loft room team were great; from both directors Paul & Rich, the office team Maggie & Melissa and all of the trades that came to work on our house were all polite, respectful & great at their jobs.
The entire project went so smoothly & was a completely stress free experience – vital when heavily pregnant!! The finished loft is exactly what we wanted & we are beyond happy with every aspect!
