Why did you decide to get a loft conversion?
We wanted to increase the upstairs space so we could get a master bedroom suite without losing any existing bedrooms

Great reviews and they supplied a very easy to understand quote. As soon as we met Paul we felt comfortable and Melissa in the office was really helpful with all of our questions.

Brilliant! Rich’s help throughout has been amazing, so helpful and gave our loft as much love and attention as he would his own I’m sure.
How did you find the loft conversion experience as a whole?
Stress free and flexible, the nicest trades I have ever worked with as well. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Marius would be over in a flash if needed!
How do you feel about your new loft conversion?
We love it, it’s our own sanctuary away from the rest of the house, so pleased we decided to do it.
Do you think The Loft Room fulfilled your loft’s greatest potential?
Absolutely, we had sliding slim profile sliding doors rather than bifolds which make a difference. Utilised all the areas we could for storage and added some extra details that made the space more than just a loft conversion.
Would you recommend The Loft Room to a friend, family member or neighbour?
Without a doubt, in fact we have already. We’re always wary to recommend businesses but 100% confident doing so with these guys. Believe the reviews!
Of all the trades working on your loft conversion, which was your favourite to work with? E.g. the carpenters, plumbers or electricians.
Stuart the electrician was really helpful, Dave the decorator was lovely…the list goes on! In fact they were all brilliant, the carpenter, the plasterer….
Do you feel confident you could contact The Loft Room again in the future for any reason to do with your loft conversion?

The guys at the Loft Room deserve all of the 5 star reviews that they get here. Right from the start you just know that they are an honest and trustworthy business, the quote was really clear to understand and Melissa was great at getting answers for any questions we had.
The whole process is really simple and there have been no hidden costs, no delays, full reliability and really skilled work. They are tidy and a real pleasure to have around (I will miss them!).
But there is so much more to these guys than the above. Getting it 100% right is the only way for them, no shortcuts and nothing is left unfinished. Rich has been so patient with all of the details and the quirky changes that we wanted to include. He’s spent extra time and effort looking for just the right product or process throughout the build.
Everyone in their team is really skilled and professional and we now have an amazing and unique space that we love.
