Why did you decide to get a loft conversion?
Two specific reasons; firstly, we needed more space since having our third child and, secondly, we wanted to maximise our homes value.

Why did you choose The Loft Room in the end?
We chose The Loft Room based on quite a few reasons. Ā First and foremost when Paul came round to do our quote he was punctual, polite, honest and friendly, and he didnāt make it seem like a business transaction.
Secondly, we went on the recommendations we received from previous clients. We were able to visit other houses who had been through the loft conversion process with The Loft Room who spoke very highly of them, and we were able to see the quality of workmanship.
Finally, and a very important factor which is often overlooked by builders, was the administrative side. We received a detailed quote with a booklet that provided a step by step guide with what to expect. This was especially helpful and made us feel that we would be well looked after.

Fantastic customer service. Ā From admin to team leader to owner, no one was ever too busy to answer questions (however trivial/simple they were!)
How did you find the loft conversion experience as a whole?
It was a very positive experience, I still canāt believe itās all done, and through lockdown!
How do you feel about your new loft conversion?
We are thrilled with our new loft space. Our team managed to fit in every detail we wanted. Itās like waking up in a hotel room every morning which is amazing!
Do you think The Loft Room fulfilled your loftās greatest potential?
Absolutely! 100%!
Would you recommend The Loft Room to a friend, family member or neighbour?
Absolutely. We have already recommended The Loft Room to friends/family and neighbours! Quite a few have already booked in appointments for quotes, the only issue is The Loft Room are in such high demand now š
Of all the trades working on your loft conversion, which was your favourite to work with? E.g. the carpenters, plumbers or electricians.
To be honest, everyone who worked in our home was polite and friendly our favourite was the decorator! Dave was amazing and we have had him back since the loft was completed to do more work for us.
Do you feel confident you could contact The Loft Room again in the future for any reason to do with your loft conversion?
Definitely, we wouldnāt hesitate to contact them with any issues.

Absolutely thrilled with our new loft space. Adrian, Andrew and their team were fantastic and able to manage our very specific requests when it came to implementing our designs. Communication between us, our team and the office was excellent throughout. The owners, Paul & Richard, were enthusiastic and interested in our project from start to finish, a lovely personable touch and not something we have come across before with any other building company. We highly recommend The Loft Room to anyone looking to expand their home.
