It sounds like a real cliché but honestly, from start to finish, The Loft Room have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have never known a building company to care so genuinely about the project and about making the experience as easy as possible for us, the client.Ours was never going to be a straightforward build, in fact we questioned whether it was even possible to begin with but Paul was really creative and helped us work through each issue one by one. Nothing was ever a problem, he was only ever looking for the solution and along the way this involved several improvements to the original design. The Loft Room never cut any corners and were passionate about maintaining the quality of every aspect of the build.
We had total confidence in the construction team, Lewis and Dan, and were blown away by the speed with which the roof structure came together with minimal impact to us living in the house. All the tradesmen who work for The Loft Room are very talented (and polite!) and there was a real sense of them all wanting to do the very best job they could.
It was amazing how involved both Paul and Rich were in the whole project. Their communication is second to none and they were both always available on the phone or in person no matter how small the detail. They shared invaluable advice and contacts for sourcing fixtures and fittings and were always on hand to chat through the best options.
We have ended up with a loft that is far beyond our initial expectations and which feels like it was always part of the house. All that at the same price as was initially quoted!
We have already recommended The Loft Room to a friend (who has now signed up having seen the build in various stages) and would happily recommend to others. Paul and Rich are professional, talented, knowledgeable and genuinely some of the friendliest people we have met. We almost miss having them pop round!
