Why did you decide to get a loft conversion?
With a growing family, it became essential to expand our space and a loft conversion was the most cost-effective solution compared to moving to a new house.

Why did you choose The Loft Room in the end?
It just felt right. From the initial enquiry through to the site visit, everything was telling us that we should go ahead with The Loft Room. Everything was clearly explained and very transparent.
What do you think of The Loft Room’s customer service?
Their customer service was excellent — it was faultless right from the start to the end. Everyone is on hand should you have any questions; even down to the nice simple WhatsApp group, it all added to the customer service experience.
How did you find the loft conversion experience as a whole?
At first, it was quite a daunting experience. However, The Loft Room put us at ease. We really didn’t need to worry; the loft was completed with minimal disruption and it didn’t affect day-to-day living like we thought it would. Great people with great skill sets made this project easy.
How do you feel about your new loft conversion?
I have to say it feels like a nice sanctuary away from the rest of the house. Our loft conversion was made into a master suite and we absolutely love it.
Do you think The Loft Room fulfilled your loft’s greatest potential?
Yes, beyond our wildest dreams.
Would you recommend The Loft Room to a friend, family member or neighbour?
Well, we have recommended The Loft Room to both our direct neighbour and a friend of ours who have both had their lofts converted by The Loft Room recently.
Of all the trades working on your loft conversion, which was your favourite to work with? E.g. the carpenters, plumbers or electricians.
I have to say all the trades have been excellent. I would especially single out the carpenters who have done an exceptional job with our built-in wardrobe areas.
Do you feel confident you could contact The Loft Room again in the future for any reason to do with your loft conversion?
Yes, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them.

This company is just awesome!!! I cannot recommend The Loft Room enough. If you’re looking for a loft conversion, just ring these guys.We were looking to have our loft converted and received a couple of quotes from national and local companies; however, we didn’t quite click with either option. It was a chance passing of seeing The Loft Room banners that made us pick the phone up, and I can tell you now that I’m glad I went the long way home and passed them.
The whole process — from the initial enquiry with Maggie and meeting Paul to completing our site survey and meeting John the architect — was quick and easy. We knew from the moment we met Paul and spoke to Maggie that we were onto a winner.
The build team, Stefan and Lulian, became part of our family for two months. It was a pleasure having them in the house, and they were incredibly courteous and punctual. We actually miss them now the project is complete.
Rich the Project Manager is a stickler for detail and makes things happen; he will without doubt exceed your expectations. You don’t need to get involved if you don’t want to or you can put as much input in as you like — we even changed a few things as the build progressed which wasn’t an issue.
The backroom team of Maggie, Melissa and Rianna has been great to deal with. This company really does have the full package which is refreshing.
In all, The Loft Room delivered on time and on budget with no hiccups. If you’re thinking of a loft conversion, just give these guys a call.
