Why did you decide to get a loft conversion?
We decided on a loft conversion because we’d effectively lost two bedrooms due to us working from home, and we wanted to separate our work and living spaces. Also, as we have no plans to move, we wanted to make our home as good as it could be.
How many other quotes did you get before going with The Loft Room?
The Loft Room was the only quote we got; once we met Paul and found the estimate within our budget, we knew we couldn’t work with anyone else!
Why did you choose The Loft Room in the end?
Looking at other conversions the company had completed and showcased was the decider. Plus, the fact that they specialise in loft conversions exclusively reassured us that they’re experts!
What do you think of The Loft Room’s customer service?
Customer service has been flawless. Our queries were dealt with promptly, and we had no problems speaking to someone when necessary. All the staff are really professional and very personable, too.
How did you find the loft conversion experience as a whole?
The conversion process was honestly stress-free. The quality and speed of the build were amazing, and all the workers were excellent and considerate. It was even completed earlier than promised — when has that ever happened?!
How do you feel about your new loft conversion?
We love our conversion; it’s even better than we envisaged. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!
Do you think The Loft Room fulfilled your loft’s greatest potential?
The team definitely fulfilled our loft’s potential. It was incredible to see it rapidly change from a dusty, damp area to a luxurious, comfy room.
Would you recommend The Loft Room to a friend, family member or neighbour?
We have and would recommend The Loft Room to anyone.
Of all the trades working on your loft conversion, which was your favourite to work with? E.g. the carpenters, plumbers or electricians.
Marius was our favourite — if we can call him a trade. All the teams were great, but we especially liked our decorator, Dave.
Do you feel confident you could contact The Loft Room again in the future for any reason to do with your loft conversion?
Yes, we wouldn’t feel any hesitation to contact The Loft Room again if anything needs tweaking, as I’m sure our continued happiness with our conversion is the company’s priority.
