After getting a quote from almost every construction company in Surrey, we came across The Loft Room at a recommendation on one of the local forum groups and since contacting them we have not been disappointed. They have delivered our ‘loft’ vision on time, offering excellent value for money and an end result of an extremely high quality to which we couldn’t be happier.
Being an Architect myself and my wife a Designer, from the start we had a clear idea how we wanted the space to look and we were always going to be quite particular clients.
From the outset when Paul visited to discuss our project we immediately struck up a good rapport which put our minds at ease. He astutely listened to our requirements and wants; this was evident in our fee proposal which was set out in a clear and structured manner. Maggie and Melissa in the office were our next point of contact and they quickly dealt with any pre start questions with a cheery disposition and went out of their way to make sure we were 100% happy with contracts before they were signed and the deposit paid.
Our site team, Mihai and Lulian were amazing! They worked diligently 6 days a week and with the upmost respect for us, our home and our neighbours. The quality of work has been second to none and they always went the extra mile to make sure the finer details were taken into consideration. They are true craftsmen and have been a pleasure to have around.
And lastly (but by no means least) Rich who project managed our build was a true professional. No matter the time of day (or evening) was always available to answer an queries we might have, always kept us informed of what and when things were happening and checking things were as we expected it . He went out of his way to make sure the highest standards were upheld. He truly cared about our requirements and we always felt the end product was as important to him as it was too us.
We could not recommend The Loft Room more highly. They definitely do build above the rest.
